Yes in the Bible it states that if you want to get high you could trade off your husband to get the dope! Ge 30:14 And Reuben went in the days of wheat harvest, and found mandrakes in the field, and brought them unto his mother Leah. Then RACHEL said to Leah, Give me, I pray thee, of thy son's mandrakes. Ge 30:15 And she said unto her, Is it a small matter that thou hast taken my husband? and wouldest thou take away my son's mandrakes also? And RACHEL said, Therefore he shall lie with thee to night for thy son's mandrakes.

It talks about using self control, but you should be going to Jesus for happiness, not drugs. = ) Jesus is God and the only way into heaven. Please pray a sincere prayer with all of your heart admitting to Jesus you are a sinner. Have full faith that His blood pays off all of your sins and accept His gift of everlasting life. I pray that God blesses you with peace. Amen.

This has to do with drug use. Many today that are involved in witchcraft use drugs. Many involved in Rock-n-roll music are heavy drug users. 1 Sam 15:23a 23For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. (KJV) The rebellion of the people involved with drugs & rock music is a product of the drugs. The 1960's was a time of experimentation of mind altering drugs that led to a generation of rebellion against the "establishment ".
