Drug Abuse: Drug Abuse Facts

Question: What program can i contact about sharing my story about overcoming drug abuse and prison?

I would really like some kind of organization/ program in california that I can contact about telling my story of drug abuse, committing crimes, and even going to prison. I've gone through and overcame all of that at a very young age. I have my life back, my family back, and am reaching goals that I set for myself everyday. I would just like the chance to help someone that is on the wrong track in life because its never too late to pick yourself back up! anyway thanks for anyone who can help point me in the right direction!

What about whoever runs your education system, they could organise for you to go into schools etc., with your story. There must be other organisations who would welcome your help. In my school we had people from AA who came and gave talks to the pupils it was very beneficial. Well done to you, you have really done well.

I just last night partook in a court-mandated Narcotics Anonymous class and was pleasantly surprised by what I saw there. Good people and good stories and a good atmosphere. Share it with them and they will help you share it with others :)
