Try writing your own it helps,or try writing a book on your life and all the mess up things that booze and drugs have done to you,then if your still clean in a couple of months or times when you feel like your going to relapse look at what youve written and remind yourself why you quit in the first place.Stick with it it may seem hopeless sometimes but when your clean for a while you start noticing good things start to happen to you and you feel a sense of pride that you probably haven't felt about yourself in a while.DONT GIVE UP and remember your not alone,alot of people struggle with this everyday. |
