Question: Do you beleive alcoholism is genetic? yes/ no..simple question!?

I think a person can have a genetic predisposition to it.

Yes you get whole families of alcoholics were everybody drinks.

No it isn't, it's a case of nurture prevailing over nature. Yes i am. In familes it is caused by the enviroment they have grown up in and know, it's why it is often confused with being genetic.

Yes but I think lifestyle, environment and life experiences can raise that risk. I come from a family of alcoholics, I made a point of altering my environment and doing everything the opposite of the way they have and have had no issues and even drink freely.
